Danforth Central Pharmacy provides a wide range of services to support your health needs. We offer free medication organization solutions, including pill organizers and blister packs, to help patients manage their prescriptions. Our pharmacist is available for diabetes management consultations, and we supply essential home health care products. Patients can also take advantage of free prescription delivery and receive free take-home naloxone kits for emergency overdose response.
Danforth Central Pharmacy is committed to safe medication use and disposal, offering the Medications Return Program for expired or unused medications, creams, and inhalers, as well as the Sharps Disposal Program for syringes, pen needles, lancets, insulin pump infusion supplies, and test strips. Through our MedsCheck program, patients can book in-pharmacy appointments to review complex prescriptions, while MedsCheck at Home allows for these consultations to take place in the comfort of a patient’s home. Our Pharmacy Smoking Cessation Program provides support for Ontario Drug Benefit recipients looking to quit smoking. Additionally, our pharmacists can diagnose and prescribe treatment for Minor Ailments such as rashes, pink eye, insect bites, acne, and urinary tract infections, and can also prescribe Paxlovid for COVID-19 antiviral treatment.
